The Housing Authority of The City of Bridgeton is requesting proposals for Legal Services. Sealed/mailed bid proposals will be received at the Housing Authority Offices located at 110 East Commerce St., Bridgeton, NJ 08302, until November 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM. at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after said opening whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. The BHA assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail, or delivery service causing the proposal to be received after the above due date and time.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the title of the Request for Proposals (RFP) clearly marked on the outside.

Pursuant to C57, Laws of 2004 (s1778) all business organizations that do business with a local contracting agency are required to be registered with the State and provide proof of that registration to the contracting agency before the contracting agency may enter in a contract with the business. All bidders shall adhere to the information as classified as “New Jersey Business Registration Requirements”.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
